Introduction
Amanah Raya Berhad (AmanahRaya) has over 40 years experience in providing Corporate Trust Services to major players, namely issuers, intermediaries and investors in the Malaysian Capital Market. AmanahRaya through its Corporate Trust Department (CTD) offers range of services that support variety of instruments which includes unit trust funds, corporate debt issues, structured products and back office services. Moving forward, the CTD in collaboration with several reputable global custodian banks have supported investments in prominent foreign markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia apart from having links in less ventured markets such as Korea, India and China and Taiwan in its quest to position itself as global partners in providing alternative backroom solution to government agencies and corporates alike.
We are currently servicing a net asset value worth RM72 billion in unit trust funds and a nominal value worth RM27 billion in debts securities issues. Over the last 40 years, AmanahRaya maintains its leadership in the unit trust industry through servicing more than 85 well-established unit trust funds in Malaysia.
